We ship all custom embroidery and printing orders from Vancouver, BC using UPS for fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery.
How Shipping Prices Are Calculated
Shipping rates shown at checkout are automatically generated in real-time using UPS.
Your shipping price is calculated based on:

Total package weight

Package size

Destination address

Current UPS rates and surcharges
Shopify uses UPS Live Rates to guarantee the most accurate price.
When possible, multiple items are combined into one shipment to reduce your cost.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Embroidery:

Standard embroidery: 3–7 business days

Large, detailed, or multi-item embroidery orders: 5–10 business days
DTF & Custom Printing:

Standard DTF print or garment print: 2–5 business days

Bulk print orders: 4–10 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time (UPS)
Once shipped, typical UPS delivery times are:

Canada: 1–5 business days

USA: 3–7 business days

International: 5–14 business days
UPS delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, or other carrier delays.
Tracking Information
All orders shipped via UPS include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking updates by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Local Pickup (Vancouver)
Local pickup is available if selected at checkout.
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to:

Delays, Loss, or Damage
While we ensure secure packaging, we are not responsible for:

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can support a UPS claim.
