Refund policy
At PowerPrint Embroidery & Print Vancouver, every order is custom-made.
We carefully review the design, details, and garment selection with you before production, and we always double-check each item before shipping.
Because all items are personalized, we do not accept general returns or refunds.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Custom Products (Embroidery & Printing)
All embroidered and printed items are custom-made specifically for you.
For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size chosen by customer

Wrong color selected by customer

Change of mind after production
-
Minor variations in color or placement typical of handmade/printed items
If something is wrong with your order
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not as discussed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To review the issue quickly, please provide:

A clear photo of the item

A photo of the order packing slip (if available)

A brief description of the problem

We will review the photos and determine what we can do, which may include a replacement or a partial/full remake depending on the situation.
7-Day Reporting Window
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements because the item may have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom embroidery

Custom DTF prints
-
Personalized garments (hoodies, shirts, hats, tote bags, etc.)

Items washed, worn, or used

Items reported after 7 days
Lost or Damaged in Shipping
If your order was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will assist you with a UPS claim and determine the best solution.
